Gastonia, NC Mrs. Patsy Willene Scoggins Stone, 76, died Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at her home. All services will be private. Mrs. Stone was born February 26, 1943 in Mobile, Alabama and was a daughter of the late John William Scoggins and Wilene Adams Scoggins. She was a graduate of Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Alabama and attended the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama. She was a retired professional truck driver. Mrs. Stone was of the Holiness faith. She is survived by one son, William Thomas Stone; one daughter, Patricia Jeaneen Graham (Carl) of Gastonia, NC; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Scoggins and Debra Scoggins both of Anniston, Alabama; and one brother, Joseph W. Scoggins of Milan, Indiana. Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathi Stone. At the request of Mrs. Stone, in lieu of memorials, she asked that you do something for someone that will cost you your time or money.
