Lando, SC Mr. Robert Clyde Scott, Sr, 84, died Friday, March 5, 2010 at Agape Senior in Rock Hill. The funeral will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 8, 2010 at Heath Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Linda Jenkins officiating. Interment will be in Lando Cemetery. Born November 14, 1925 in Chester County, Mr. Scott was a son of the late Thomas Sloan Scott and Macie Bailey Scott.He attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Duff-Norton, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.He was a US Navy veteran of WWII and a member of Heath Memorial United Methodist Church.He was the widower of Sarah Campbell Scott. He is survived by three daughters, Lynn S. Friedman and her husband Myron of Seneca, SC, Sue S. Walthall and her husband Jim of Arapahoe, NC and Barbara S. Partin and her husband Phillip of Camden, SC; one son, Rob Scott and his wife Melissa of Richburg, SC; five grandchildren, Allison Ragan, David Friedman, Kevin Friedman, Sarah Partin, and Helen Partin; two great grandchildren, Stella Ragan and Sarah Ragan; one brother, Donnie Scott of Columbia, SC; one sister, Kathryn Scott of Columbia, SC; numerous nieces and nephews.
