Linda Louise Adimaro

November 12, 1939 — April 15, 2024

Linda Louise Adimaro died Monday, April 15, 2024 at her home. A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, April 21, 2024 at First Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends also Sunday at the church from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Interment will be private. Linda is survived by her husband of 67 years, Rev. Bayliss Adimaro. We often say she was the Mother of 4 children (1 she married and 3, Rayn, Cheryl and John she birthed!) She had 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Linda was always active in church; from the Youth Groups, to Young Married Groups, Women’s Ministries, or serving in Kitchen duty where she planned many dinners and events, that is where you’d find her. She was the driving force behind her husband’s ministry as well, always cheering him on, his AMEN corner! Her faith in God was un-wavering. She loved to sing, and she was always looking for something funny to recite or a story to tell. She was very frugal and could make something out of nothing. Her family well remembers the spaghetti suppers, Hot Fudge Cakes and the Best Macaroni Salad this side of Heaven! She had a heart for Senior Citizens and loved taking care of those who had no one. She decided to go to nursing school at the age of 52, being the oldest in her class. She earned her LPN license as well as being certified in Wound Care. She loved any kind of animal, especially dogs. She loved to fish – did not eat fish, just liked to Catch ‘em! Life for her family will never be the same – a missing seat at every event, sorely missed but the assurance she is with Jesus and The Father singing and praising Him brings comfort and peace. She has received her new body and sound mind enjoying the loved ones who have gone on before her. She has now received her Crown… certainly it’s full of jewels. The family would like to thank her church, First Freewill Baptist of Chester, for all of their support and prayers; First Baptist Church of Chester for taking the time with Love to build a much needed wheelchair ramp; Chaplin Bob with AGAPE Care; Nurse, Mrs. Martha Martel, RN; and her Bath Nurse, Latedra Colvin. We could not have managed our mothers care without them! In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Agape Care Group 1069 Bayshore Drive, Rock Hill, SC 29732 Online condolences may be made to the family at www.barronfuneralhome.com.
