Chester Mrs. Wylie Beatrice Laws Skinner, 78, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at her home.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Saluda Street Church of God with Rev. Scott Vaughn officiating.Interment will follow in Cornwell Presbyterian Church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, December 15, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Skinner was born August 7, 1940 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Roy Laws and Nellie Inez Smith Laws.She was retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Saluda Street Church of God. She is survived by seven daughters, Vicki (Vidar) of Norway, Lynda of Blackstock, Angie (Chris) of Chester, Donna (Brian) of Chester, Nancy (Roger) of Chester, Becky of Chester and Sharon (Josh) of Blackstock; 23 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; one brother, Johnny Laws of Chester; and one sister, Diane Robinson of Chester;Mrs. Skinner was preceded in death by four brothers, David, Jimmy, Wallace and Pete; and two sisters, Eula Mae and Katherine.
