Richburg SC; Mr. Willis.?Joe?Neely, lll age 57, ofRichburg died on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Palmetto Health Richland, SC A private service will be held Mr. Neely was born on November 6,1951 a son to the late Willis Simpson and Jean Williams Neely. He was a graduate of Chester High School,and a member of Chester ARP. He was employed by the South Carolina Highway Department in Chester, SC. He is survived by two sons; Jason A. Neely and his wife Christi and Michael C. Neely both of Jonesville, SC.
