Willie Estelle Banks Shirley

Blackstock Mrs. Willie Estelle Banks Shirley, 91, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at her home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday January 16, 2021 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. John L. Hallman and Rev. Ed Melvin officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service. Mrs. Shirley was born July 3, 1929 in Fairfield County, SC and was a daughter of the late Robert Sloan Banks, Sr. and Rebecca Lewis Banks. She was a graduate of Blackstock High School and retired from J.P. Stevens as a Personnel Clerk. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church. She is survived by one son, Eddie Shirley (Paula) of Blackstock, SC; three grandchildren, Mandy Simmons (Bobby) of Woodruff, SC, Bailey Mobley (Devin Carpenter) of Blackstock, SC and Rawls Shirley (Morgan) of Blackstock, SC; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
