William Glen "Bill" Yeater

RICHBURG: Mr. William Glen “Bill” Yeater, 65, died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at his home.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Barron Funeral Home.The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Barron Funeral Home with Pastor Chase Catledge and Pastor Randy Bedford officiating.The interment will be held in Chester Memorial Gardens. Born July 18, 1951 in Glendale, West Virginia, Mr. Yeater was the son of the late Gerald G. Yeater and Vareda Jones Yeater.He was a graduate of Magnolia High School in New Martinsville, W. VA and a veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force having served during Vietnam and also formerly served in the Army National Guard in Oregon.Mr. Yeater was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Great Falls, SC where he was a choir member.Bill was a gun enthusiast. He is survived by his wife of over forty-six years, Cathy Fowler Yeater; one son, Chris Yeaterand his wife Mary of Rock Hill; one daughter, Cindy Tierney and her husband Chuck of Holiday, FL; two grandchildren, Reagan Hope Tierney and Elias James Yeater;two sisters, Teri Parrish and her husband Dick of Minooka, IL and Barbara Persinger of New Martinsville, W.VA and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Branded for Life Cowboy Church, 1777 Old Mill Road, Richburg, SC 29729.
