York Mr. William Edward “Eddie” Powers, 33, died June 6, 2018.A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Kingdom Church, York, SC with Rev. Jason Robbins officiating.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday at Kingdom Church. Mr. Powers was born February 19, 1985 in York County, SC.He attended the schools of York county and was a self-employed residential contractor. Mr. Powers was a member of Kingdom Church.He loved his church, was an avid Panthers fan, and enjoyed camping and yard sales. He is survived by his wife, Kelly Broome Powers; two children, Landon Paul of Rock Hill and Aubree Powers of Clover; his mother, Sandra Howe Downs of Clover; a brother, James Spencer Powers of Clover; one aunt, Diane Lowder of Gastonia, NC; two uncles, Lewis Howe of Rock Hill and Calvin Howe of York; a niece, Kaelyn Powers of Clover; and numerous cousins.Mr. Powers was preceded in death by his grandmother, Adelle Howe; one uncle, William Howe; and two aunts, Betty Jones and Pinkey Humphries.
