William David "Booger/Pappy" Peeples

Richburg, SC: Mr. William David “Booger/Pappy” Peeples, 64, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, SC.A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Barron Funeral Home with Mr. Riley Cloud officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Barron Funeral Home. Born October 11, 1954 in Richburg, SC, Mr. Peeples is the son of Margaret McDaniels Bigham and the late David Hasell Peeples.He was a graduate of the schools of Chester County and was currently employed with Joe’s Towing as shop manager,which he considered his second family.He was an avid NASCAR fan.“Booger” enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things.He loved a challenge.David also loved his dogs B.J. and Thelma Lou and his shop cat affectionately known as “Pappy’s Cat”. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Cindy Ford Peeples; one son, David “Little Booger” Peeples (Ryane) of Sharon, SC; one sister, Louise Turner (Ronnie) of Fort Lawn, SC; two brothers, Dale Austin (Darlene) of Columbia, SC and Mike Austin of Richburg, SC and several nieces.
