William David Dove

William David Dove, 52, died Friday, March 15, 2024, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Born July 20, 1971 in Chester, SC, David was a son of the late William Dove and Judith Ann Taylor Dove. He attended the schools of Chester County, SC. David was a self-employed carpenter and plumber who was very talented with his hands. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. David is survived by three children, Jessica Collins of Chester, SC, John David Paul of Columbia, SC and Christopher Foster of Chester, SC; 12 grandchildren, Reg’Janea, Reginald, Jr., RaDrecis, Regan, Rayan, Royal, Addy, Emma, Hunter, Aiden, Adalyn and Bentley; two special great nephews, Lane and Carver Clack; two sisters, Jackie Price (Tim) and Laura Clack both of Chester, SC; four nephews, two nieces and cousins; his girlfriend, Pauline Ferrell; and his companion dog “Knuckle Head”.
