William Joe Cooper, Jr., 48, died Sunday, February 16, 2025. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Barron Funeral Home Chapel with Evangelist Xavier Baez officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM also Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the funeral home. "Billy Joe" was born in Chester, SC on May 8, 1976 a son of Joyce Keenon Garner and the late William Joe Cooper, Sr. He was a graduate of Chester High School and Coastal Carolina University. He was self employed as the Owner/Operator of Z-Tec's Home Improvements and was an avid Clemson Tigers fan. He is survived by his mother and step father, Joyce and Bobby Garner of Lowrys, SC; his life partner, Nick Williams of Irmo, SC; his daughter, Haylee Jean Cooper of Mullins, SC; two brothers, Jerry Ray Hucks (Cecilia) and Chad Cooper (Audra) both of Rock Hill, SC and several nieces and nephews.
