Wayne Carl Paquin

Edgemoor Mr. Wayne Carl Paquin, 69, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Harmony Baptist Church with Mr. Tommy Barnes and Mr. David Wilson officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM Thursday, September 20 at Harmony Baptist Church. Mr. Paquin was born August 17, 1949 in York County, SC and was a son of Dorothy Allen Paquin and the late Clarence Paquin. He attended Lewisville High School and was retired from Duke Power and former owner of C&D Trash Service. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam. He enjoyed farming, hunting and fishing. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He is survived by four children Dee Grooms ( Lowell) of Edgemoor; Carl Wayne Paquin, Jr. (Crissie) of Lando; Jordan Ruckart of Edgemoor; Mary Susan Hearsey (D.J.) of Charlotte; six grandchildren Allen Grooms, John Wayne Grooms of Edgemoor, Dylan Paquin of Chester, Macie Paquin of LandoAbel Ruckart and Paisley Ruckart of Edgemoor; two brothers, Norman Paquin (Sam) and Ronnie Paquin both of Edgemoor.
