CHESTER, SC: Mr. Wayne Allen Best, 64, died Friday, May 13, 2016 at his home.A private celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Born January 27, 1952 in Salem, Ohio, Mr. Best was a son of the late Frank Robert Best and Luella Aletha Dennis Best.He was a graduate of Springfield Local High School in New Springfield, OH.Mr. Best was retired from A.R. Kessel Steel Building Erection as a foreman and was a former member of the Ohio National Guard SVC Battery, 1stBn 229th FA.He was preceded in death by his grandson, Drew Cagot and a brother David Best. He is survived by his wife of over eleven years, Becky Best; two daughters, Kelly Cagot (Todd) of Tippecanoe, OH and Mindy Best Haney (Tim) of Rock Hill, SC; one step-son, Dylan Schaefer of Leetonia, OH; five grandchildren, Shelby, Kylie, Justin Cagot all of Tippecanoe, OH and Addison and Briley Haney of Rock Hill, SC; one brother, Larry Best (Ginny) of Wayneville, NC; two sisters, Diana Blakeman (J.R.) of Salem, OH and Donna Chelbus (Stanley) of Berlin Center, OH.
