Wanda Joeline Harris Dawkins

Blackstock Mrs. Wanda Joeline Harris Dawkins, 69, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at her home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 28, 2018 at First Baptist Church Blackstock Cemetery, with Rev. Stacy Hinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Friday, July 27, 2018 at Barron Funeral Home. Mrs. Dawkins was born May 12, 1949 in Lancaster, SC and was a daughter of the late Julius “Jim” Harris and Edith Whitaker Harris. She was a graduate of Lancaster High School and was formerly employed with Johnson and Laura Mae Shirt Factory, and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church Of Blackstock. She is survived by her husband of over 46 years Donnie K Dawkins; two children, Mickey Dawkins (Mary Ann) and Martha Callahan (Shawn) of Chester; three grandchildren, Taylor Rawls (Daniel), Garrett Dawkins, Connor Callahan, Greer McKeown, all of Chester; two sisters, Judy Ann Harris, of Rock Hill, Patricia Knight (Willard) of Lancaster; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dawkins was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Harris and Jane Eubanks.
