Chester, SC:Vivian Caston Bishop, 90, died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Chester Regional Nursing Center. A Memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Reverend Arthur Vick officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall of the church. Interment will be private. Born September 3, 1920 in Rock Hill, SC, Mrs. Bishop was a daughter of the late Joseph Walter Caston and Mattie Orr Caston and the widow of John Edgar Bishop. She was a graduate of the schools of Chester County anda member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.Mrs. Bishop previously lived in Taylors, SC and was the former owner/operator of Bishops Photography. She was also employed with Eastern Airlines and Bank of Greer. Mrs. Bishop is survived by one brother, Wayne Caston of Simpsonville, SC; one sister, Lynda Miller of Chester, SC, nieces, Becky Reed, Denise Lawson and Melanie Smith, al of Chester, SC,as well as several other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by four sisters, Betty C. Connor, Jean McWaters, Loree Lunkenheimer and Harriett Boulware and one brother, Joe Caston. Memorials may be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church ?Building Fund?1217 J.A. Cochran By-Pass, Chester, SC 29706.
