Victoria Mae Herman Charpentier

Mrs. Victoria Mae Herman Charpentier, 64, died Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. No services will be held at this time.

Mrs. Charpentier was born November 9, 1961 in Garrison, ND and was the daughter of the late Melvin H. Herman and Delilah Bauer. She attended the schools of Riverdale High School in Riverdale, ND. Vicky was a homemaker and a wonderful mother. She attended Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Chester, SC. Vicky had a heart for others, and she influenced the lives of many people by loving them unconditionally and giving them purpose.

She is survived by her husband Peter Charpentier whom she met in Gillette Wyoming and they were married for 43 years; two daughters, Nancy Lightner (Allen) of Chester, SC and Christina Charpentier of Pick-City, ND; her grandchildren, Isabella Lightner, Avery Lightner and Matressa Copeland of Pick-City, ND; four brothers, Vance Herman, Vern Herman (Maryann), Curtis Herman (Maria) of Edgemoor, SC and Cory Herman (Wendy) of Mandan, ND; one sister, Valerie Bauman (Rick) of Beulah, NC and numerus nieces and nephews.
