CHESTER Mrs. Versie Lee Robbins, 82, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 atAgape Senior Living and Rehabilitation in Rock Hill, SC.The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Worley and Rev. John Cody officiating.The interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Barron Funeral Home. Born October 3, 1930 in Dillon, SC, Mrs. Robbins was the daughter of the late Willie Carson Lee, Sr. and Zelda Brown Lee.She graduated High School, attended Gaston College in Dallas, NC and was a gifted musician.She was a homemaker and a member of Asheboro Church of God, Asheboro, NC.She was the widow of the Rev. Charles A. Robbins. She is survived by one son, Richard Robbins and his wife Susan of Chester; one daughter, Nancy Mack and her husband Michael of Chester; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four brothers, Olin Lee of Asheboro, NC, Earl Lee of Conway, SC, Willie Carson Lee, Jr. of Belmont, NC and Jimmy Lee of Connecticut; one sister, Evelyn Culler of Asheboro, NC.She was preceded in death by a son, Donnie Dean Robbins, a grandson, Richard Scott Robbins, a sister, Maxine Cody and a brother, Edward Lee.
