Mr. Tres David Austin, Jr., 82, died Sunday, October 17, 2010 at his residence. The funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC with Rev. James Rouse officiating.Interment will follow at Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home Mr. Austin was born January 9, 1928 in Chester, SC and was a son of the late Tres David Austin, Sr. and Clara Mobley Austin and the widower of Lorene C. Austin.He attended the schools of Chester County and was owner and operator of several small businesses.He was a member of the Chester Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses. He is survived by three sons, T.D. Austin, Jr. and wife, Brenda of York, SC, Harry Austin and wife, Judy of Conway, SC, and Tony Austin and wife, Sandra of Rock Hill, SC; one grandson, West Austin; two granddaughters, Aubry Caldwell and Bridget Lewis; and eight great grandchildren.
