Chester: Ms. Tommie Ellen Waters, 73, of 102 State Street, died Sunday, August 2, 2009 at her residence. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 7, 2009 at Armenia United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Harry Gindhart officiating. A native of Chester, SC, Ms Waters was the daughter of the late Ephram Waters and Addie Thomas Waters. She was a graduate of Chester High School, retired from Bordens as an inspector and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Surviving her is a niece, Ann Lichtenberger of Gainesville, Fl.
