NEWBERRY, SC:Mr. Timothy Wayne Fairfax, 56, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at his residence.The memorial service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. John Porter officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Thursday, March 26, 2015 in the sanctuary of the church. Born June 18, 1958 in Chester, SC, Mr. Fairfax was a son of the late Elmore and Lottie Leonard Fairfax.He was a graduate of Chester High School and a veteran of the US Air Force.He was employed with Wal-mart in Irmo, SC and previously employed with Chemtrade Logistics. Mr. Fairfax was an avid NASCAR, football and baseball fan. He is survived by two brothers, Steve Fairfax (Linda) of Chester, SC and David Fairfax (Kathy) of Newberry, SC;numerous nieces and nephews and a close friend and caregiver, Virginia Peebles of Chapin, SC.
