Chester News & Reporter Mr. Thomas Odell Jones, Sr, 58, died at his residence Saturday, December 22, 2012.A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 23, 2012 at First Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. James Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the vestibule of the church. Born April 12, 1954 in Greenville, SC, Mr. Jones was the son of the late Boyd Odell Jones and Maudie Lucille McClellan Jones.He was a member ofthe First Free Will Baptist Church.He enjoyed leading home Bible Study Groups. He is survived by one son, Toy W. Ferrell of Chester and one sister, Margaret Ellis of Houston, TX. Memorials may be made to the First Free Will Baptist Church, PO Box 1656, Chester, SC 29706.
