Chester Mr. Thomas Joseph Fougerousse, 69, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 21, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joseph Pierce officiating.Interment will be private. Mr. Fougerousse was born June 29, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio and was a son of the late Joseph John Fougerousse and Collette Carroll Fougerousse.He was a graduate of Chester High School and attended York Tech.Mr. Fougerousse was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard having served during Vietnam.He was retired from Chester County School District and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of over 47 years, Deborah White Fougerousse; two children, Kari Estes of Chester and Audrey Altovilla (Paul) of Richmond, Virginia; four grandchildren, Morgan Estes and Sydney Estes of Chester and Ethan Altovilla and Olivia Altovilla of Richmond, Va; two brothers, David Fougerousse (Jan) of Lake Wateree, SC and Jim Fougerousse of Jackson, MS.; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mr. Fougerousse was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Joseph Fougerousse and Joseph John Fougerousse, III.
