Chester:Thomas Lynn Bigham, 86, died Friday, July 22, 2011, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 25, 2011, at Trinity Presbyterian Church with Pastor Richard Wheeler officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Chester Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be held Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 4:00 PM ? 6:00 PM at Barron Funeral Home in Chester. Born March 18, 1925, he was the son of the late Curtis Lynn and Ethel Bennett Bigham. Mr. Bigham was retired from General Automatic Sprinkler Company and Chester County. He was a devoted member of Trinity Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder Emeritus. He was a community volunteer and a tireless supporter of the Chester High School Booster Club.He was an avid golfer. Mr. Bigham is survived by his wife of 65 years, Peggy Weir Bigham, a daughter, Wanda Bigham Sheeley of Shalotte, NC, two sons, Larry Lynn Bigham and wife, Kathy, of Rock Hill, SC and Randall Eugene Bigham of Lake Wylie, SC; six grandchildren, Amy Bigham Faulkenberry and husband, Brent, Kelly Bigham Talley and husband, Scott, Jessica Robertson Working and husband, John, Taylor Sheeley, KyleSheeley, and Thomas Lynn Bigham, II; and four great- grandsons, Cooper and Fielding Faulkenberry and Hudson and Leyton Talley.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry McFadden Bigham, and three sisters, Audrey Bigham, Ruby Grant, and Pat Dixon.
