Mrs. Stacey Hoskins McKeown, 36, died Thursday, June 9, 2011 at her home.The funeral service will be 4:00 PM Sunday, June 12, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Chester with Reverend Clay Waldrip and Reverend Franklin Hall officiating.The interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home. She was born December 2, 1974 in Newport News, Virginia.She was a 1993 graduate of Tabb High School in Yorktown, VA and Gardner-Webb University and Grand Canyon University and was employed with Chester School District (Colt) as an Elementary Reading Interventionist Teacher.She was a member of First Baptist Church of Chester where she was a Girls in Action and Children?s Church Leader and several church committees.She was a member of the Chester Cotillion. She is survived by her husband, Jason ?Jake? McKeown; one daughter, Cassie Lynn McKeown of Chester; one son, Jimmy E. McKeown of Chester, SC; parents,Larry W. and Charlotte Thompson Hoskins of Yorktown, Virginia; mother and father-in-law, Suzanne and Jim McKeown of McConnell?s, SC; one brother Wayne Hoskins and his wife Rebecca of Wilson, NC; sister-in-law, Hannah McKeown of McConnell?s, SC; Grandmother, Betty Ashe of McConnell?s, SC; two nieces; two nephews and numerous cousins.
