CHESTER: Mrs. "Shirley" Jean Jacobs McNinch, 72, died Thursday, November 25, 2010 at Unihealth in Rock Hill, SC.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Chester Memorial Gardens with Dr. Steve Bishop officiating.The family will receive friends at the gravesite. Mrs. McNinch was born in Victoria, Va. on September 15, 1938 and was a daughter of the late Elbert and Margaret Seltzer Jacobs and wife of the late William Robert McNinch, Jr. She attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Campus Sportswear where she worked as an inspector. She is survived by one son, Robert Timothy "Tim" McNinch of Zebulon, NC; one daughter, Deborah Airington of Rock Hill, SC; one brother, Ronnie Jacobs of Chester, SC; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
