Mrs. Shirley Ann Childers Wolfe, 77, died Sunday, February 3, 2013.The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. John Porter and Rev. Bayliss Adimaro officiating. The interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Barron Funeral Home. Born May 30, 1935 in Cherokee County, SC, Mrs. Wolfe was the daughter of the late Elmer Childers and Louise Hefner Childers. She attended the schools of Cherokee County and was retired from Springs Industries with over thirty-five years service.She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of over sixty-years, Harry M. Wolfe, Sr.; two daughters, Debbie Peay and her husband Wayne of Chester, SC and Terri Talbert and her husband Johnnie of Rock Hill, SC; one son, Harry M. “Marty” Wolfe, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Chester; six grandchildren, Brandon Talbert, Scott Talbert, Eric Peay, Shauna Wolfe, Courtney Wolfe and Jason Taylor; three great grandchildren, Bella Talbert, Gabe Talbert and Briggs Talbert and one brother, Gray Childers of Lapeer, MI.
