CHESTER Mrs. Sarah Cordor Wylie Varnadore, 87, died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Orrs Baptist Churchwith Rev. Randall Runion and Rev. Curtis Marshall officiating.Interment will be at Uriel Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Born July 15, 1922 in Fairfield County, SC, Mrs. Varnadore was a daughter of the late Davis Cordor and Elizabeth Wages Cordor.She attendedFive Point School in Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries as a spooler tender and was owner and operator of Sarah Varnadore Trailer Park.She was a member of Orrs Baptist Church.Mrs. Varnadore was the widow of Thomas Gill Wylie and Robert Lee Varnadore. Surviving are two sons, Sid Wylie and Davis Wylie both of Chester; one daughter, Shirley W. Catledge of Chester; nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one sister, Wilma Corder Thomas of Chester.She was preceded in death by a son C.W. Wylie; two grandsons, Brandon Hall and Dustin Wylie; a brother, Charles Cordor and a sister, Elmyra C. Lewis.
