CHESTER Mrs. Sarah Hembree Keenon, 61, of 1783 Old York Road died Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, SC. The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. John Porter and Rev. Bayliss Adimaro officiating.Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Born June 11, 1948 in Chester, SC, Mrs. Keenon was the daughter of the late Hebra Edward and Ada Irene Charles Hembree.She was a graduate of Chester High School and retired from Springs Industries as a spinner. She is survived by two daughters, Sonia Roof and her husband Keith of Chester and Toni Perrigan and her husband Tim of Chester; three grandsons, Dustin Roof, Zach Roof and Alex Perrigan all of Chester; one brother, Ray Hembree of Chester; four sisters, Nadine Yarborough and Martha Laws both of Chester, Brenda Parker and Lucinda Franks both of Rock Hill, SC.She was preceded in death by a husband Harvey Lee Keenon and a daughter Ann Keenon and a grandson Gerald S. Perrigan. The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 p.m. Monday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester.
