Sandra Gail (Sandy) Garner Bush

Chester Mrs. Sandra Gail (Sandy) Garner Bush, 70, died Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte, NC. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Gaston officiating. Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Barron Funeral Home. Mrs. Bush was born November 12, 1950 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late David Wilson Garner and Essie Hedgepath Garner. She attended the schools of Chester County and was formerly employed with F. Schumacher and had also worked in home health care as a CNA. Mrs. Bush was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and later attended Saluda Street Church of God. She is survived by three children, Angela Barber of Rock Hill, SC, David Knox (Wendy) of Shelby, NC and Joey Knox (Tracy Roberts) of Chester, SC; her grandchildren Jeffery Barber, Jordan Barber, Kaylyn Knox, Holly Rose Knox, Kyle Knox, Joeli Knox and Jase Knox; one great-grandson, Benjamin Kain Barber; two nieces Tammy Garner and Roxanne Hullander, one nephew, Tony Garner. She was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Bush; one sister, Teresa Eavenson; two brothers, Randy Garner and Freddie Garner; one nephew, Tracy Hullander.
