Samantha Short Fisher

Samantha Short Fisher, 52, of Edgemoor, South Carolina, passed away on February 1, 2026. Born on February 19, 1973, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, she was a beloved mother, daughter, and sister whose presence touched the lives of those around her.

Samantha’s life was deeply rooted in family. She was the devoted mother of Brandon Fisher and shared a close bond with her sister Crissie Wilson and brother-in-law Charles Wilson. She also held a special place in the hearts of her nephew Corbin Wilson and niece Caylee Wilson. Her grandfather J.P. Wilson remains among those who cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ricky and Peggy Short; her sister Jackie Short; and her grandmother Rosa Wilson. Their memories remained close to Samantha’s heart throughout her life.
