Blackstock Mrs. Samantha Marie Murphy Corlew, 28, died Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 22, 2017, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. David Murphy officiating.Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, December 21, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Born September 6, 1989 in Charlotte, NC, she was a graduate of North Lincoln High School, Lincolnton, NC and a homemaker.She was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church.Sam was a devoted and loving wife and mom who loved her husband and children very much.She was a hardworking, strong, and very caring person who looked for opportunities to help others.Everyone who knew Sam loved her and will miss her. She is survived by her husband of over five years, Brad Corlew; five children, Starlah Corlew, Bradley Corlew, Jr., Alayna Corlew, Paisley Corlew, and Reagan Corlew all of Blackstock; her father and stepmother, Ronnie and Kelly Murphy of Charlotte, NC; her mother and stepfather, Maria and Rick Bowman of Charlotte, NC; grandfather, Dave Lowery of Denver, NC; an aunt, Shelby Hobbs (Justin) of Terrell, NC; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Laura Langley and Ray Palmer of McConnells, SC; sister-in-law, Casey Windham (Ronnie) of Ft.
