Chester, SC?Mrs. Ruby Jean Rash Price, age 92 formerly of 1439 Peden Bridge Road, died Friday, June 5, 2009 at Chester Regional Nursing Center. Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Orr?s Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Randell Runion. Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens She was born in Alexander, NC a daughter of the late Robert and Belle Candler Rash. She attended French Broad High School in Alexander, NC and was a member of Orr?s Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, William R. ?Bobby? Price and Samuel Roger Price, both of Chester, SC,. One daughter, Shirley Kay Barber ofChester. 14 Grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1-great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by a son, Dr. Jeff?Nick? Price and a daughter, Barbara Gay Price. The family will receive friends from 1:00 ~ 2:30 Sunday in the social hall of Orr?s Baptist Church.
