Ruby Dodds Mcninch

Chester, SC: Ruby Dodds McNinch, 84, died Friday October 22, 2021 at MUSC Chester Nursing Center. A graveside service will be held 4:00 PM Sunday October 24, 2021 with Reverend Mike Black officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service. Mrs. McNinch was born on March 31, 1937 and was a daughter of the late William Melvin Dodds and Willie Ethel Estes Dodds. She was a graduate of Chester High School and was retired from Springs Industries as a spinner for the Gayle Mill. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she was a former choir member and Sunday School teacher. In addition to her parents, Ruby is preceded in death by her husband Earl Wallace McNinch, her son, Wesley McNinch and her sister, Alma Marsh. She is survived by two sons, Russell McNinch (Teri) and Todd McNinch (Marsha) all of Chester, SC; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
