Robert Brent Rawls, 59, died Wednesday, September 23, 2026. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Roberts Home, 657 Gregory Rd, Chester, SC.

Born April 6, 1967 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Norma Wiley Rawls and David Rawls.

Robert was many things to many people, a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, friend, mentor but above all a man who had a way of making everyone around his feel loved. He was truly the life of the party, bringing laughter, joy and a little bit of mischief wherever he went. Robert loved hunting, fishing, racing, and just about anything outside.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Carrie Rawls; daughters, Harlee Rawls (Tommy) Julie Yorborough (Jesse), Harley Pressley (Tshambi); sister, Sharon Cole; brothers, Toy Rawls and Richard Rawls; nephew, Thomas Hicks (Aubrey); grandkids, Kameron Parker, Alyssa Ferrell, Domanic Sullivan, Braylee Bruce, Braydon Yarborough, Hunter Mosley, Nillow Rother and Natalen Mosley.
