Robert Kenneth Norman

CHESTER, SC: Mr. Robert Kenneth Norman, 81, died Monday,February 16, 2015 at his residence.Services for Mr. Norman will be private. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2015 at Barron Funeral Home. Born July 23, 1933 in Clarksburg, W.VA, Mr. Norman was a son of the late Bryan Elias Norman and Verna Fox Norman.He was a graduate of Rosevelt Wilson High School in Nutterfort, W.VA and retired from Ogden, Utah City School District. He was a veteran of the US Coast Guardhaving served during the Korean Conflict.Mr. Norman was a member of Chubrun Methodist Church in Clarksburg, W.VA. He is survived by his wife Berneice Elizabeth Wotring Norman; three daughters, Kathy Dawson (Donald) and Anne Y. Padilla (Rudy) both of Ogden, UT and Barbara K. West of Rock Hill, SC; two sons, Robert P. Norman (Susan) of Riverside, UT and Matthew Norman of Great Falls, SC; two sisters, Agnes Norman of Lenoir, NC and Pauline Cook of Brownsville, IN; three brothers, James Norman and Bryan Norman, Jr. both of St. Augustine, FL and Bernard L. Norman of Mount Clare, W.VA; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Maltba and three brothers, Argyl Norman, Richard Norman and William Norman.
