Robert Nathan Kinion

Mr. Robert Nathan Kinion, 66, died Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Hospice and Community Care in Rock Hill, SC. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Barron Funeral Home.

Mr. Kinion was born August 14, 1957 in Savannah, GA and was a son of Juliette Esther Brown and the late Royal Davis Kinion.  He was a 1976 graduate of Lewisville High School and was self-employed as a mechanic for both automobiles and airplanes. Bob enjoyed riding motorcycles and has made several cross-country rides. He was also an accomplished pilot with his own plane. He enjoyed many excursions flying both lengthy and short trips. He was a people person who would go the “extra mile” to help others. He was always busy with work or helping someone and was happiest when he was busy.

He is survived by his wife of over seventeen years, Michelle Nader Kinion; two brothers and a sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
