Mr. Robert Alexander “Bobby” Miller, 71, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Agape Hospice Care in Rock Hill, SC.A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2013 at Lake Wateree Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald Gregory and Rev. Roy Arnold officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Barron Funeral Home, Chester, SC. Born October 15, 1942 in York County, SC, Mr. Miller was the son of the late Clarence Alexander Miller and Elizabeth Thomas Miller.He was a graduate of Lewisville High School and was retired from Bowater as a powerhouse operator.He was a member of Lake Wateree Baptist Church where he served on the cemetery committee and was a part of the men’s brotherhood.He was an avid outdoorsman who loved deer hunting and catfishing.His passion was his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Peggy W. Miller; two daughters, Chris Miller of Fort Lawn and Wendy Miller and her fiancé Jason Deese of Richburg; two sons, Lance Miller and his wife Magen and Scott Miller and his wife Pat all of Richburg; three step-daughters, Debbie Reaves, Trish Rexroad and her husband Roger and Linda Lee all of Columbia; one step-son, Lawrence Lee and his wife Becky of Columbia; two sisters, Betty Jordan and her husband Bobby of Richburg and Annette Harden and her husband Raleigh of Graniteville, SC; one brother-in-law, James Whicker and his wife Frances of Winston-Salem, NC; 15 grandchildren, Kendall and Chassiti Miller, Schuyler, Brooke and Haley Love, Kylie and Jaylin Miller, Michelle Sligh, Bryan Sligh, Rog Rexroad, Tonya Hallman, Magin Lee, Krystal Lee, Lonnie and Cole Lee; 16 great grandchildren, Makayla and Aiden Miller, Kam’Ron Young,Nicholas, Kayla and Christian Sligh, Peyton Hallman, Christian, Isiac, Blake Knox, Ashlynn and Landen Phillips, Brooklynn Farmer, Heather Chevis, Ryan Miller, Roger Rexroad, Jr., Luke Rexroad and Austin Miller.
