Robbie Sue Love

Chester Mrs. Robbie Sue Hudson Love, 79, died Monday, August 2, 2021 at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 6, 2021 at Armenia United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Burgess and Rev. Ed Melvin officiating. The family will receive friends in the social hall of the church immediately following the service. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Love was born January 20, 1942 in Chester, SCand was a daughter of the late Rob Hudson and Sue Brakefield Hudson. She was a graduate of Chester High School and was retired from Essex Corporation. Robbie enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends and watching Atlanta Braves Baseball. She was a member of Armenia United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of over fifty-nine years, John Love; one son, Ellis Love (Mylynda) of Chester, SC; one granddaughter, Katelyn Love of Charleston, SC; one sister, Jackie Grant (Marvin) of Chester, SC; sister-in-law, Betty Bolin (Robert) of Smyrna , SC ; niece, Robin Bolin of Smyrna, SC; nephew, Mike Bolin (Mel) of York, SC.
