Chester Mr. Richard Frederick Craig, 62, died Monday, December 25, 2017, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Joey Shetley and Rev. Earl Ogburn officiating.Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 28, in the social hall of Liberty Baptist Church. Mr. Craig was born June 29, 1955 in Chester, SC and was a son of Geraldine Hicks Craig and the late Marion Richard Craig.He attended the schools of Chester County andreceived his GED after his service in the U. S. Army.Mr. Craig was a retired long-distance truck driver and a member of Liberty Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He is survived by his wife, Jody Cudd Craig; two daughters, Rebecca Craig Hutto (Ben)and Courtney Craig Pendleton (Eddie) both of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren; his mother, Geraldine Craig of Chester; and one brother, James Marion Craig of Mt.
