Chester. Mr. Richard Eugene "Ricky" Anderson, Jr., 59, 0f Chester, SC passed away November 22, 2011 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ballard Anderson; one son, Richard "Rick" Anderson, Jr. and fiance' Lacy of Chester; one grandson, Steven Anderson of Chester; two aunts, Mary James and Cindy Gardner both of Charlotte.. Mr. Anderson was raised in Charlotte, NC. by his grandparents Dicie and Jesse Anderson. He was a self-employed construction contractor, building for several builders in Rock Hill, SC., as well as doing home repairs and remodeling. Richard loved his family and he was a trusted and loyal friend and his son was his pride and joy.Richard will be truly missed, but never forgotten and Richard will always be in our hearts.
