Randy Willard Mcwaters

Chester Mr. Randy Willard McWaters, 65, died Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at his home. Services will be held at a later date. Randy was born August 10, 1958 in Durham, NC and was a son of the late Carl Alexander McWaters and Vivian Faye Mosley McWaters. He was a graduate of Chester Senior High School Class of 1977. Randy was an accomplished carpenter. He enjoyed cooking and deer processing and also tinkering with automobiles. Randy enjoyed caring for others and loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He is survived by two sons, Michael Miller (Anna) of Lockhart, SC and Alex McWaters (Heather Bolin) of Chester, SC; ten grandchildren, Timothy and Dustin Helms, Brooke, Karrah, Kansas and Kolton Miller and James, Anthony and Alexandrea McWaters; two great grandsons, Nathaniel and Axel Helms; one sister, Debra Alley (Billy) of Chester, SC; two brothers, Alvin McWaters (Debbie) of Fort Lawn, SC and Doug McWaters (Pat) of Blackstock, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of over 16 years, Eunice Barrett McWaters; a daughter, Misty Miller; a brother, Michael McWaters; and a sister, Lorraine McWaters.
