Chester- Mr. Philip L. Benfield, 84, of 1196 Columbia Road died Thursday, September 24, 2009 at his Redisence.\r\n \r\nA Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Monday, September 28, 2009 at Purity Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Bill Johnson Officating. They will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
