CHESTER: Mrs. Peggy Lou Hardin Gaston, 76, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014.A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Parsons officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends anytime at the home of her son and grandchildren, 1007 Goldmine Road, Chester. Born March 7, 1938 in Hickory Grove, SC, Mrs. Gaston was a daughter of the late William Herschel Hardin and Ella Belle Moss Hardin.She was a graduate of Hickory Grove High School a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church. She is the widow of Lonnie R. Gaston, Sr. Mrs. Gaston is survived by one son, Lonnie Gaston of Chester; two grandchildren, Amanda Molina and Daniel Gaston both of Chester; one brother, William Hardin and one sister Christine Hardin both of Hickory Grove, SC.She was preceded in death by two sisters.
