Patsy Kay Lemmons Crabtree

Chester, SC: Patsy Kay Lemmons Crabtree, 61, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC. A Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday in Lando Cemetery with Pastor David Walker and Pastor Kenneth Rabon officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the home, 3106 Lizzie Melton Road, Chester, SC. Mrs. Crabtree was born on September 23, 1951. She was a daughter of Viola Mabry Wade and the late Donald Wade. She was a graduate of Chester High School and Chester Vocational Center and was retired from Lewisville Medical Center as an LPN. Mrs. Crabtree enjoyed gardening and reading. She was the widow of Billy Ray Crabtree and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Crabtree is survived by one daughter, Nicki A. McCullough and her husband Antwan and one grandson, Jordan Tyler McCullough all of Rock Hill, SC;one sister, Barbara Blanks and her husband Jimmy of Richburg, SC; one nephew,Jamie Blanks and his wife Ashley of Edgemoor, SC and her mother, Viola Mabry Wade of Fort Lawn, SC. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Christy Dawn Adams and a nephew Brian Scott Blanks. Memorials may be made to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, 2275 India Hook Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
