Patricia Helen Mullen Vinson

Patricia Helen Vinson, 76, passed away at her home in Chester on July 11, 2021.A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m. at Barron Funeral Home at 133 Wylie St., Chester SC. Her daughters will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service also at the funeral home. Pat was an RN for 25 years until a work injury ended her career.In the latter part of her career, she was a traveling nurse where she spent several years working on the Navajo Indian reservations which held a special place in her heart. Pat was born in Lawrence, MA and was the daughter of the late Charles and Alberta Mullen.She is survived by two daughters, Denise (Ed) DeVatt of Chester SC and Debra Phillips of Vandalia IL, six grandchildren, Nicole Christian, Amber Berry, Bruce Lary Jr, Denise DeVatt, Meaghan Phillips, and Cole Phillips, seven great grandchildren, two brothers, Joseph Mullen of Massachusetts and Thomas Mullen of Missouri, and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Cochran, son Charles Koch Jr, granddaughter Jaime Christian, three sisters, and two brothers.
