Mrs. Patricia Jane Jackson Burdette, 84, died Saturday, January 8, 2011 at her residence.The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2011at Cornwell Presbyterian Church with Reverend Tim Foster and Reverend Harry Gindhart officiating.The family will receive friends from 1:00 ? 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Cornwell Presbyterian Church.The interment will be in the church cemetery. Born January 21, 1926 in Lima, Ohio, Mrs. Burdette, was the daughter of the late Clyde and Lula Bullock Jackson.She attended school in Lima, Ohio and was a member of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Oscar W. Burdette, Jr.; one daughter, Carolyn Burdette Wince and her husband Richard of Lattimore, NC; two grandchildren, Kenneth Wince of Shelby, NC and Erik Wince of Winston-Salem, NC; three great grandchildren, Rachel, Carson and Cade.She was preceded in death by two sons, Greg and Tim Burdette.
