Pamela Gail Habel Johnson

Mrs. Pamela Habel Johnson of the Lowrys Community passed away Tuesday, July 6th at her home.Pam was born in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Albert and Patricia Habel.She was preceded in death by her aunt, Joanne Hoffman who raised her from a young age, her husband of 45 years, Gene Johnson, her sister Linda Habel, and her brother Ricky Habel. Pam worked for over 27 years in the medical field.She was a devoted and dedicated employee of Piedmont General Surgery Associates.Pam was selfless and always put others before herself.She was loved by many for her kind words and thoughtful gestures. Pam leaves behind to mourn her loss her only daughter, Christina (Ira) Varnadore, and the light of her life her grandson, Kaden, of Chester, SC along with many family members and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday July 8th 5pm-7pm, at the home of Pam Johnson.A private memorial service will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers please make donations to SCARE (SC Awareness and Rescue for Equines) at Southern Cross Farm or to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517.
