CHESTER Mr. Olian Francis ?Frank? McKinney, Jr, 70, formerly of 576 Glenn Street died June 19, 2009 at Chester Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be 3:00 PM Monday at the First Church of the Nazarene with Reverend John Porter and Reverend Bayliss Adimaro officiating.Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Born July 25, 1938 in Ninety-six, SC he was a son of the late Olian Francis McKinney, Sr and Ruby Young McKinney.He attended the schools of Chester County and the First Church of the Nazarene.He was a U.S. Army veteran and former President of the Jaycees.Mr. McKinney was a retired manager ofCarolina Tire in Union, SC. Surviving are his wife Delores R. McKinney; two daughters, Kathryn M. Hunter and Tracey M. Railey and her husband Eddie both of Chester; one son Michael S. Roberts of Chester; four grandchildren, Jessica Armes, Christopher Hunter, Reagan Railey and Ryane Railey and one great granddaughter Kayden Faith Armes.He was preceded in death by two sisters, Hilda Johnson and Laura Thomas and one brother William ?Bill? McKinney. The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm Sunday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester and other times at the home of Tracey and Eddie McKinney Railey, 615 Caswell Street, Chester.
