Mr. Norman Samuel Kimmerley, 72, died Monday, March 8, 2010 at his residence. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Pruitt officiating.Interment will be in Lando Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 ? 11:00 AM Saturday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester. Born January 2, 1938 in Camden, New Jersey, Mr. Kimmerley was a son Roy L. Kimmerley and Sarah Finsel Kimmerley.He attended schools of New Jersey and served as a Merchant Marine during the Korean War.He was a member of Old Catholic Presbyterian Church and a former member of the VFW.Retired from General Engines as a foreman. He is survived by two daughters, Mildred A. Kimmerley of Chester and Bonnie M. Sommerkamp of Woodbury, NJ; two sons, Norman S. Kmmerley, Jr and Robert C. Kmmerley both of Mantua, NJ; two sisters, Estelena Bayard of Mantua, NJ and Sarah Steffen of Deptford, NJ and one brother, Thomas Kimmerley of Cape May, NJ; six grandchildren and seven grandchildren.
