CHESTER Mrs. Norma Jean Cassels Lewis, 79, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 at her home.A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. David Sealy officiating.The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 PM Tuesday at Barron Funeral Home. Born in Chester, Mrs. Lewis was a daughter of the late Samuel R. and Evelyn Gladden Cassels.She attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries as a quality control inspector after forty-six years of service.She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the widow of Guy O. Lewis, Sr. She is survived by two sons, Butch Lewis and his wife Martha of Chester and Mike Lewis of Chester; three daughters, Claire Helms, Lynn Lewis and Lana Lewis all of Chester; three grandchildren, Jim Lewis and his wife Renee of Charlotte, NC, Chasity Glenn of Ft. Lawn, SC and Blair Clark and his wife Becky of Chester; two great grandchildren, A.J. Millis of Ft. Lawn, SC and Georgia Blair Clark of Chester and one brother, Ronnie Cassels of Chester.She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Wallace Cassels and one sister Carol Bateman.
